Dutton Plumbing, Cooling, Heating & Electrical is a licensed home services company based in Simi Valley, California, and we’ve proudly served this area since 1987.
We handle four trades under one roof: plumbing, cooling, heating, and electrical. That covers everything from a leaking faucet to a full AC replacement, a clogged sewer line to an electrical panel upgrade. We work out of two locations, one in Simi Valley and one in Sylmar, serving homes across Ventura County, the San Fernando Valley, Santa Clarita, and Northern Los Angeles County. Most of our work is residential, but we also take care of local businesses in the area.

We quote by the job, not by the hour. An $89 dispatch fee covers the visit and the diagnosis, and it's credited toward the repair if you move forward. The number you approve is the number you pay, whether the job takes twenty minutes or all afternoon.
