They wear booties when they are on the job, clean up after themselves and the job, and make sure to communicate with you clearly about what the problem is, the options for fixing it, and what it’s going to cost. But more than that, our technicians look for unique ways to be helpful.
For example, during his last job for the day one of our technician saw a lady struggling to open jars of sauce. He offered to help and saw how much that meant to her. He came back to the office with the idea that we should add rubber jar openers to our appreciation gifts. We did just that and a couple weeks later our technician stopped at that ladies house and gave her a new jar opener with our company imprint. She loved it and really appreciated that we were thinking of her. And then, a couple days later, she called to see if she could get another one for her elderly mother. Of course we said yes! Because we aim to be “The plumber you’d send to your mom’s house.” I’m not trying to toot our own horn, but I think it is important to praise my staff of excellent technicians and customer service representatives who are committed to their jobs, care about our customers, and just are good people at their core. I love coming to work with these people! I am so grateful for them.
