Water Heaters
Most companies use flex lines to hook up water heaters, we don't. We use only type L copper (thicker than municipal codes require) and solder the joints together. This together with proper earthquake bracing, provides a more secure heater when a quake comes. A water heater when full can weigh hundreds of pounds and properly securing it can save hundreds of dollars and protect your largest investment.
Toilets
When we replace your toilet, we use the best flushing 1.6 gallon model we can find; no more double flushing! We seal the toilet at the base and at the edges; this helps prevent sewer gas from entering your home. We also change the emergency shut off valve and water supply to your toilet. Broken water supply lines can be expensive but by changing it with your toilet we can prevent costly water damage.
Garbage Disposals
Your new garbage disposal will come with a ten year or Lifetime parts and labor warranty. If you have a problem with it, call us and we will fix or replace it, at no charge to you! When we install your new disposal we will use only 17 gauge all brass tubular piping (the thickest tubular piping on the market). No more will you have to listen to the sound of water gurgling under your sink. 17 guage tublar is much quieter than plastics and much thicker than 20 or 22 gauge tubular. When we tie all of your new tubular together we will only use brass slip joint nuts to keep those pipes together and prevent those annoying drips under the sink.
Fresh Water Pipes
When you talk about fresh water pipes, copper is the proven choice for quality. We only install copper and we go an extra step. City codes require that at a minimum, type M copper be used under your house. Type M is the thinnest copper you can get. We won’t use it! Your new water lines will be only type L copper and when we strap under your house it will be in the best manner to prevent any banking noises from your pipes. Of course all the solder we use on your new lines will be lead free.
Earthquake Valves
Our new earthquake valve represents the best technology on the market today in preventing a gas leak after a tremor. We were so impressed with these valves' performance that we put our name on it. You can be sure that when we are done your new valve will be plumb, level and in complete compliance with your cities code requirements.
