Just want to thank your company for the great job they did on our home
today. We had major main sewer problem with the roots from our tree in the front yard. Mr.
Horacio Rodriguez and his crew gave us very good service & advice on how to solve the
problem. With their help and repair we can now use our 3 bathrooms, showers and wash machines

Just thought I should drop yo u a line, I am one that wi ll usually complains if I receive bad service, however I do

Your technician Oscar, was PROFESSIONAL, HONEST and TRUSTWORTHY. I will request Oscar for any
future plumbing issues. I have now found a plumbing company I feel I can trust.

I just wish to express my appreciation for the quick response to a problem I had after the plumbing under my kitchen sink was replaced by Dutton Plumbing. The replacement was done January 3, 2009. This morning, January 16th while the dishwasher was
running I noticed that water was coming out of the relief value on the top of the sink. I immediately called Dutton Plumbing and within 40 minutes a wonderful crew of experienced plumbers arrived at my door.

Gilbert quickly assessed the problem and while he was repairing a constricted hose running from the garbage disposal to the drain with a copper replacement and prepared to check the pipes under my house with his camera, he noticed that the dry wall behind my washing machine had not been replaced after the pipes had been replaced last year by Fisher Plumbing. He quickly directed his wonderful team mates, Luis and Bernardo, to repair that dry wall.

I was stunned. I had been told by previous plumbers that visited my home that they did not do drywall. Every bit of debris was picked up and the wall is now whole. They refused to charge me for this service or for the repair work done under the kitchen sink because Gilbert stated that the satisfaction of the customer is their ultimate goal. I can assure you that I was very satisfied and would not think of calling any other plumbing company for future problems or preventative work that needs to be done.

Hi Robert,
As I mentioned to you during our phone call today, Orlando and Luis came to our house yesterday to fix a broken drain pipe and did a fantastic job. They quickly assed the problem, determined what was necessary to correct it and worked meticulously to
get the job done right. Additionally, Orlando and Luis were very friend ly, professional and concerned about cleanliness.
I highly recommend them and hope that you will recognize them for their great service. They are both assets to Dutton Plumbing !!

Dear Eric,

Just a few lines to follow up on my conversation to you last Monday.
Under the supervision of Omar Rodriquez, Dutton Plumber installed a liner in the main sewer line on Fountain
Avenue in Los Angeles. The work performed for me was just outstanding. There is so much good to report.
Omar and his team showed up on time with incredible knowledge and know-how. They explained the work
involved in making the repair. The final cost to me was the initial estimate; not a penny more. They had all the
tools to do the work; and expressed that they could do the work the same day. Omar walked me through the
entire process answering question after question with video imaging to further clarify. A back-up Dutton truck
arrived with machinery to do “precision work”. The crew used new, state of the art, clean tools to calculate, cut
and launch the new liner. No subcontractor was ever even considered. Omar supervised his workers and the
process all the way through. As far as I am concerned, Dutton was a godsend. I intend to use Dutton again and
again. There are so many half-hearted, ill-will plumbers, I am just so thankful Dutton crossed my path. May God
really, really bless the business!

When I was reviewing my water heater bill from last August and noticing the
Universal Service Plan, I wondered whether I had wasted my money paying for
the plan, but when Sam came to fulfill the services last Friday I quickly changed
my mind.
He did a very, very good job. Much more than I expected from reading the
plan agreement. So I feel it is money well spent, and I’m glad he encouraged
me to sign up last year.
I want to say that his service visit on Friday was a very productive one-and-a-half
hours. Besides being very pleasant and knowing his job, Sam is a fast,
efficient worker.
Thank you again for good service, including installation of the water heater and
the copper re-piping. You have excellent service people, and Sam is A-1, extra
deluxe.

Dear Brian,
I just wanted to drop you a note to thank you for the special care you gave us on
your last visit. It involved our kitchen water filter and you were able to correctly
diagnose the problem as not having to do with the filter at all but with the water
pressure coming into our house. Its that kind of comprehensive thinking we really
value.
Over the past three or four years you have been out to our house for various things
and have always been helpful and generous with your time. I think you have become
like a member of the family! It is a relief to know we have a plumber we can turn
to that we can trust.
Anyway, I just wanted to say thanks and if you are in the neighborhood, please

Dealing with plumbing problems is certainly always stressful. It is crucial to try and make
the best choice possible in selecting a plumbing company to take care of the problem
especially in an emergency situation; not an easy task since there are many plumbing
companies in existence.
We selected Dutton Plumbing and that turned out to be an excellent choice. We gave
them a call and Gilbert and his two assistants were sent out that very same day.
This team of three proved to be highly trained and competent individuals. They
assessed our plumbing situation and set out to rectify the problem. The job was
complex, requiring digging up the lawn to insta!l new water tubing and making holes in
walls in order to get to the cause of the probiem. After the job was finished; the lawn
and wall holes were all put back to original condition, as if untouched. Most importantly,
all the plumbing throughout the house is in perfect working order. We commend this
team; they did an awesome job.
In the future, we will highly recommend Dutton Plumbing to anyone seeking help with
any plumbing issues.
